Our four-step process to joining our community includes:

1. Personal Consultation – Meet with a sales concierge who will go over our housing options and purchasing options. You will also select a lot during this consultation.
2. Letter of Intent – Sign a non-binding letter of intent to purchase to indicate your commitment to moving to Red Diamond Ranch.
3. Design Your Home – Use our Design Your Home feature through our partner site, Anewgo. This tool allows you to customize your home on your desired lot and see renderings and changes in real-time. Your concierge will be available to assist you throughout this process.
4. Purchase Agreement – Sign a Purchase Agreement for your home, including all the customizations you have chosen. Construction will begin as soon as the agreement is signed.
