We provide semi-customizable homes to suit your family’s needs. Our six models offer a variety of choices for your ideal home. Each model has three exterior options to choose from: a traditional pitched roof, an Arizona-style flat roof, and a contemporary partial sloped roof. All models have the option for a partial second floor and various customizations such as expanded kitchens, playrooms, walk-in showers, separate dining rooms, and more. Model 1 -The Blue Sapphire
This 5 to 8-bedroom ranch boasts over 2500 to 3400 sq ft of livable space, making it a perfect fit for your expanding family.
With an additional 800 sq ft of garage and finished patio space, you’ll have plenty of room to feel at home.
The second-floor addition includes the option for two additional rooms and a full bath, or one large room that can be used as a private guest or master suite.
Model 2 -The Green Emerald
This 3-bedroom ranch offers over 1800 sq ft of livable space, making it an ideal starter home for your family.
With an additional 700 sq ft of garage and finished patio space, you’ll have plenty of room to feel at home.

Model 5 - The Red Diamond
This 6 or 7-bedroom home boasts over 2800 sq ft of livable space, providing ample room for your entire family to live comfortably.
With an additional 1000 sq ft of garage and finished patio space, you’ll have all the space you need.
The second floor comes standard and can be finished as either 2 rooms or a suite, resulting in the standard 6-7 bedrooms.
Model 6 - The Akoya Pearl
This model is an alternate version of model 4. It offers the same 1500 sq ft of living space, including 3 bedrooms.
However, the garage has been designed to be recessed which gives the house a more subdued and pleasing visual appearance.
This small alteration in design makes a big difference in the overall look of the house.
